Confidence comes from not fearing to be wrong.

I really like this quote about confidence and risk-taking:

Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing to be wrong. 

This quote is attributed to "Peter T. McIntyre" all over the Internet, but I am not sure who he is. If anybody has information to share, let me know.
