Confidence: ability to question without fear
Observation: seeing problems/ideas
Humility: knowing you don't know everything
Mindfulness: thinking on how to think
Curiosity: exploring and experimenting
Resourcefulness: something to tinker with
Energy: to explore and tinker
Action: not just thinking, but doing
