Feedback can cause discomfort.

This cat was inspired by this very useful article about feedback in Forbes: 5 Tips For Taking Feedback Like a Champ by Megan Brueau.

In particular, see item #1 in her list:
1. Realize that feeling uncomfortable is healthy, normal, and part of the growth process — this includes the discomfort we feel when we receive feedback.
